An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Mountfields Lodge School as a Lead Teacher of EYFS on a permanent full-time basis.
As a Lead Teacher of EYFS you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child can reach their full potential. The successful candidate will be involved in leading a team of teaching and support staff to ensure the EYFS curriculum and environment is designed to ensure all children develop their skills and knowledge. Here at Mountfields Lodge we have extensive outdoor learning spaces which can be used to provide enriching activities for our children, and we would like to further develop these as part of the EYFS learning.

The ideal candidate will:
• Have current Early Years’ experience with a strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
• Be able to take the lead in developing and inspiring learning opportunities in our EYFS area
• Be inspirational and able to challenge and motivate both staff and pupils working effectively in a team
• Have the ability to develop positive relationships with parents and carers, ensuring they feel engaged and supported right from the start of their child's educational journey.
