This is a permanent, part-time role 25 hours a week – term time pus 1 week working:

• Monday–Friday 8:15 – 1:15 

As Receptionist Administrator, you will be the welcoming face of our school and play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. Working alongside the Office Manager, Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, you will provide high-quality administrative support, deliver excellent customer service to pupils, families and visitors, and help ensure the efficient operation of the school's administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience of working in a busy school office or administrative environment.

• Be friendly, approachable and committed to providing an excellent customer service experience for pupils, parents, staff and visitors.

• Have excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.

• Be able to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and be confident using school management systems such as Arbor and ParentMail (or similar); experience of Arbor and PS Financials would be advantageous but is not essential, as training will be provided.
