A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our Trust as a Chief Operating Officer, this role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day central operations functions. Acting as the bridge between strategy and execution, translating strategic goals in to actionable plans.

The COO will guide and inspire the dedicated leaders within the Trust’s central business services, whilst working closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.

This is an excellent time to join our Trust as we are in a robust position ready to embrace further growth and this new role has been created to support in leading us in to the next chapter with confidence and clarity.

The ideal candidate will:

• Substantial successful experience as an outstanding and collaborative leader.

• A successful track record within a range of relevant areas at a senior level

(e.g. finance, human resources or estates and IT).

• The drive, ability and creativity to manage, develop and influence central teams and key

stakeholders.

• A passion and enthusiasm for education and a belief in the potential of young people and staff and their capacity to succeed.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, consult and collaborate.
