An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Bradgate Education Partnership at Mountfields Lodge School as an Early Years Classroom Teacher on a fixed term basis until 20th June to cover a period of maternity leave.

As a Classroom Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where every child is supported to reach their full potential. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team of teaching and support staff to deliver a high-quality EYFS curriculum, carefully designed to promote the development of children’s skills, confidence, and independence. The school benefits from extensive outdoor learning spaces, which are actively used to enhance learning through enriching, hands-on experiences that support children’s physical, social, and emotional development.

This role is ideal for a passionate Early Years practitioner who is committed to inclusive practice, values teamwork, and is motivated to provide engaging and meaningful learning opportunities for all pupils.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have current Early Years’ experience with a strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and Strong Foundations

• Be able to work in a team to develop inspiring learning opportunities in our EYFS area

• Have the ability to develop positive relationships with parents and carers, ensuring they feel engaged and supported with their child's educational journey
