An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Swallowdale Primary School as a Deputy Headteacher.
We are seeking an ambitious and compassionate Deputy Headteacher, on a full-time permanent basis, with a proven track record of improving outcomes in KS2 to join our dedicated and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our school and ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and pupil achievement.

The ideal candidate will:
• Be an advocate for our school; living and modelling our school vision and values.
• Be an experienced leader with proven success in improving outcomes in Key Stage 2.
• Be passionate about teaching, learning and the curriculum across the whole school; taking a lead on this for school improvement.
• Be an excellent classroom practitioner
• Be approachable, trusted, and able to build positive relationships across the school community.
• Show resilience and a calm, flexible approach to day-to-day leadership.
