An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Cobden Primary School as an EYFS or KS1 Teacher on a full-time permanent basis. We are a multicultural, inclusive school situated in Loughborough with many good transport links to the school, including by bus and train.
The Classroom Teacher is responsible for creating a learning experience that enables and challenges our pupils to be ambitious and proud of themselves and the school. We seek to ensure that children have the best possible experiences during their time with us and therefore aspirational and exciting teaching is encouraged.
We are looking for a creative and bubbly person, who can bring innovative ideas and be confident to share them with the team.
Teaching experience will not be a determining factor; we welcome applications from newly qualified teachers (ECTs) as well as more experienced candidates.
The ideal candidate will:
• Hold QTS status
• Experience in EYFS (F1 or F2) and/or KS1
• A special interest in oracy and communication would be beneficial
• Enthusiastic, confident and able to embrace a challenge with positivity
• Be an excellent communicator and able to build positive working relationships with pupils, parents/carers
