A dynamic opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Great Dalby Primary School as Headteacher on a full-time permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will:
• Lead, inspire and develop a dedicated team of staff offering both support and challenge
• Positively impact on further developing the school’s curriculum
• Have the highest expectations for what pupils can achieve
• Be able to demonstrate success at leading school improvement and raising education standards for children
• Have extensive previous experience of working as part of a Senior Leadership Team
• Further build on the strong relationships with developed within and beyond the school community
• Work ambitiously, effectively and collaboratively with the Trust
