Are you experienced in policy and procedure administration and development?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our Trust Central Team as an HR Advisor on a fixed term basis until 23rd August 2026. This postholder will work mainly with our HR team providing advice, with opportunity to interact more widely, providing guidance and support to leaders and colleagues.
We pride ourselves in delivering high quality education to the children who learn and attend our schools and support our colleagues to deliver this. The post holder will be responsible for:
- Leading on supporting senior colleagues with cases and policies;
- Providing advice, guidance and work on employee relations matters as they arise;
- Contributing to the creation and development of policies, procedures and toolkits;
- Supporting the senior advisory team in providing training to leaders and managers.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Level 3 CIPD qualified, or have a degree-level qualification, and/or equivalent experience;
- Have previous experience within the HR/people/operations services field;
- Be a highly organised individual, who can be flexible and respond to organisational need;
- Be an excellent written and verbal communicator with the skill to tailor the style of communication to the appropriate audience.
