An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Network Manager to join the Bradgate Education Partnership Trust Central Team on a full time, permanent basis. As a multi academy trust, we are committed to collaboration, inclusion, and the highest expectations for all. We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to lead and develop our IT services, ensuring they continue to support outstanding education across all our schools.

The IT Network Manager will be responsible for the effective coordination and management of a comprehensive IT support service, covering the operation of computer systems and peripheral equipment across our two secondary schools, as well as providing primary network support to our primary schools as required.

You will work closely with our Headteachers and wider Leadership Teams to deliver project work, develop IT systems, and drive continuous improvement across the Trust. You will also be responsible for supporting and line managing our IT Technicians to ensure a consistent, high quality service is provided.

The ideal candidate will:

• Relevant degree or equivalent

• Current knowledge of network infrastructure

• Experience in education regulated environments

• Can demonstrate strong communication skills and can adapt their style to different audiences

• Displays strong problem solving abilities and sound judgement

• Bring a proactive, solutions focused mindset and takes ownership of tasks
