An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Swallowdale Primary School as Premises Officer on a permanent basis for 15 hours per week.

Our Premises Officer will:

• Model our values and vision every day, recognising their pivotal role in creating a safe, welcoming and aspirational environment where every member of our school community can thrive.

• Strive for the highest standards across all aspects of our premises and site, taking pride in ensuring that our environment is clean, safe, well maintained and conducive to excellent learning.

• Build strong relationships through excellent interpersonal and communication skills, working collaboratively with staff, pupils, families and external partners to support the smooth running of the school.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a range of practical skills for minor maintenance and repair

• Have a good working knowledge of using IT and computers for a variety of purposes

• Have a good understanding of health and safety policies and procedures

• Be ready to work in a team and use their own initiative

• Be focused on problem resolution

• Be flexible to undertake tasks as needed
