An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Bradgate Education Partnership as a SEN Learning Support Assistant, based at Ratby Primary School, working 26.25 hours per week on a fixed term basis until 22nd August 2027. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday.

The role will be based in either KS1 or KS2, working closely with the class teacher to support pupils in the classroom, lead small intervention groups, and provide 1:1 support where required. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for supporting children’s needs and a commitment to helping them thrive.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have an NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience in Teaching and Learning

• Have experience of working in a classroom environment

• Have good literacy and numeracy skills

• Have excellent communication skills
