An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Gaddesby Primary School as a Sports Coach/LSA on a fixed term basis for 26/27 academic year. The successful candidate will:
- Support high‑quality PE and sports provision across the school, delivering engaging sessions that promote health, teamwork and confidence.
- Provide effective learning support in the classroom, working closely with teachers to help pupils make good progress.
- Contribute to enrichment activities, clubs and wider school life, helping to create a vibrant and active school community.

As a Sports Coach – LSA, you will have:
- Experience working with children in school or coaching settings, supporting learning, encouraging participation and promoting positive behaviour.
- Strong communication, organisation and behaviour management skills, with the confidence to lead engaging PE sessions, support small group activities and cover lessons when required.
- Enthusiasm, adaptability and a commitment to pupil development, helping children grow academically, socially and physically through high quality learning and physical activity.
