Part Time, Permanent - 35 Hours Per Week, 39 Weeks Per Year

Grade 5, £19,760 - £20,074  (£24,408 - £24,795 FTE per annum)

An exciting opportunity for a school administrator has become available at Swannington CofE Primary School.

We are looking for a hardworking and adaptable administrator to ensure the smooth running of our school office. You will be responsible for routine administrative tasks and office organisation including attendance, dinner numbers, emails, letters, maintaining the MIS (Arbor), as well as raising purchase requests to support school trips & activities and maintaining stocks of school resources.

This role will be the first point of contact for pupils, parents, visitors and staff across the Trust, so appropriate communication skills essential. With administrative experience and excellent IT, you will have a proven track record in delivering effective administration support and providing a high-level customer focused service. Experience in an education environment is desirable but not essential.
