Under new leadership, Gateway School is currently seeking to appoint an outstanding, inspirational and aspirational Deputy Head to commence in September 2021. This opportunity has arisen due to the retirement of the current postholder.
The successful candidate will be actively committed to moving onto a Headship in the future and will benefit from working alongside and being coached by, the current experienced Head. The appointed candidate will be joining a committed and dynamic Senior Leadership Team who together will work to shape and implement the future strategic direction, at this exciting time for the school.
The right candidate will be aligned to the School’s ethos and values and will have the ability to lead with presence and by example. They will need to demonstrate a passion for education and have the ability to inspire those around them, to provide the best educational offering for all pupils.
The successful candidate needs to be an outstanding leader with an appetite for innovation. They will be an excellent classroom practitioner and will teach a timetable commensurate with the role.
