35 hours per week
8:00am – 3:30pm Monday - Friday
38 weeks and 3 days per year (Term time plus the first INSET day of the academic year and two days supporting GCSE results day in the summer holidays)
Grade 13 NJC point 6-11 – FTE £26,847 - £29,071

The Castle School requires an organised and motivated Student Events and Work Experience Coordinator to plan, book and manage the logistics of the student enrichment events and educational trips, plus the school-based PSHE activities and Work Experience.
We require someone who is good at events planning, has proven knowledge and experience of data analysis and the production of accurate data. Knowledge of Excel is essential. In addition, you should be proactive in responding to tasks, have an excellent eye for detail, good communication and organisational skills, and ideally have experience of working in a busy office or school environment.
In addition to the above, the postholder would help to provide First Aid in the absence of the Medical Lead or to assist during busy periods. Full training will be given and a First Aid Allowance (approximately £220 per annum) is payable for this role.
