Salary: S17 to S21 £23,728 - £26,442 FTE
25 Hours: (£13,567 - £15,120)
37.5 Hours: (£20,351 - £22,680)
Start date: As soon as possible
Hours: 25 - 37.5 hours per week, start time 06.45 Monday to Friday.
There is some flexibility in the working pattern and WFH is
possible before 8.00am, to be agreed at interview
Term time (39 weeks) + 5 days
Purpose of the role
Trinity Academy is a highly oversubscribed free school that opened in 2019. We are a values based community that focuses on the learning of all students and staff, that cares deeply for our young people and our staff and that is committed to co-curricular enrichment. Our stated goal is to be a +1 school for progress whilst fostering an excellent working environment. As such, we are looking for a highly motivated, professional to join us in our mission.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised administrator to play a critical role in overseeing the administration of two valuable elements of our school life: arranging cover for teacher absence and our co-curricular programme. Depending on the hours requested, there will also be elements of general administration.
This job is suitable for an administrator who is calm under pressure, has an eye for detail and is keen to play a key role in the school achieving its mission of being a world class organisation. You will possess excellent ICT and literacy skills and be a team player who is willing to support others in our small but growing school community.
