The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly skilled IT Consultant to join our dynamic and proactive ICT team from 1 September 2025, or as soon as possible, for a 1 year fixed term contract. .

This role will have very varied responsibilities, including but not limited to providing face to face technical support to users across the Trust, providing advice and training to improve users' understanding of ICT and their experience of its use, diagnosing and troubleshooting problems as required, participating in wide scale ICT projects, supporting in looking after networks, infrastructure, backups and cyber security.

You are likely to have gained the skills to clearly communicate technical issues to non-specialists through your career or personal experience. You will be able to bring to us initiative and excellent technical skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships, going above and beyond in providing support in the pursuit of excellence.
