The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated, caring and professional individual to oversee the student facing management of Safeguarding from January 2026. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join an outstanding and highly committed safeguarding and pastoral team. Working with individual students with high needs as well as taking strategic oversight of student safeguarding.

About You
You will have a passion to see young people safeguarded to enable them to flourish. You will have gained this through your career either by working in education or with young people. You will be self-motivated but also able to work in a team. Ultimately, you must care deeply about young people, especially those who are disadvantaged.
