Term Time Only (up to 30 hours per week), Permanent
Full Time Equivalent Salary – Grade 5 Points 11-14 £27,269 - £28,624 (£18,976 - £19,919 actual salary)
Based at - Marling School
We are looking for a Hub Lead to join our talented and supportive team at Marling School. Start Date – ASAP
The SEMH Hub Lead will be responsible for the identification and assessment of the needs of SEND students under one of the 4 following pillars of SEND: C&L, C&I, SEMH. The Hub lead for SEMH focusses primarily on SEMH needs. The Hub Leads will be responsible for supporting the work of the SEND team and pastoral teams (student support) in the management of provision for pupils identified as having Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and some students not yet identified as having a specific need, who require some additional support. The Hub Lead will work with the Learning Support Assistants and pastoral teams to identify, analyse, monitor and provide support for these students so they achieve their personal best. They will also liaise closely with external agencies as required. The post will form part of the school’s student intervention team.
