Based at - Marling School

We are looking for a Senior Caretaker to join our talented and supportive team at Marling School. We are a thriving Multi-Academy Trust with a strong collective identity of working together to generate and celebrate success within our communities. Start Date – ASAP

We are seeking to appoint an energetic and motivated senior caretaker to support the operations manager and ensure that a clean, safe environment exists in order to facilitate the effective teaching of students for the day.

Full training will be given so enthusiasm, innovation and a willingness to learn is essential. You will be methodical with a strong attention to detail. The role is varied and will involve working on your own initiative, as well as part of the team.

Candidates should enjoy working outdoors on a variety of tasks and have:

• Willingness to complete a wide variety of tasks to a high standard

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure using initiative

• Have an understanding of the importance of Health & Safety

• A calm, flexible approach

• The interest and enthusiasm to play an active part in school life.
