Assistant Headteacher (Pastoral)

We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Assistant Headteacher to join our team at a very positive time for our school. The successful applicant will lead our pastoral system and have the opportunity to continue to grow our recently introduced House System, which is designed to give all of our students the opportunity to benefit from being part our community and contribute to activities around the school. The recent work in these areas is strong and therefore the chance to join us and take this through to the next step will be very exciting and rewarding.
The successful applicant, therefore, will play a key role in our future development while having a chance to progress their own career with the support of a caring and forward thinking Senior Leadership Team who are determined to continue to provide the best possible education for all of our students. We are part of the Lighthouse Schools Partnership (LSP) and our SLT work closely with Backwell and Gordano who are both schools in our Trust along with our group of feeder primary schools which will give the person appointed a really strong experience.
