31 – 37 hours per week (negotiable), Term Time Only
Grade JG4 (SCP 7-11) £27,195 to £28,986 (FTE) per annum pro-rata (example - actual salary for 31 hours per week £19,751 per annum)
Fixed Term in the first instance until the end of July 2027

Purpose of Job:
Work under the guidance of the Assistant Headteacher (Pastoral) to undertake a range of duties relating to attendance improvement which supports the need for all students to be present in school to receive the education they are entitled to. To work with all stakeholders in order to work through any barriers that mean that this does not happen.
Act as an integral part of the School Support Staff Team and as such to make a contribution to the overall aims of the School, working within agreed policies and procedures.
