An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Church Hill Infant School as an LSA. We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our Key Stage 1 team. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners during a vital stage in their development. Working closely with class teachers, you will support children across the curriculum, helping them to build confidence, independence, and a love for learning. As a valued member of our team you will play a crucial role in ensuring all pupils access the curriculum and reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will:

• Have a genuine passion for supporting early childhood development

• Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification (and has previously worked in a school setting)

• Be patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude

• Be reliable, organised, and committed to the school’s values and ethos

• Have previous experience of supporting continuous provision in an early years/Key Stage 1 setting
