We are a thriving and happy co-educational day school for pupils aged 3 to 18, located just north of Bristol. At Collegiate we have approximately 800 pupils, with our Preparatory School accommodating pupils from Nursery to Year 6, and the Senior School accommodating students from Year 7 up to our Sixth Form. In 2019 Collegiate was rated as ‘Excellent in all areas’ in our ISI report.

Our holistic approach to education not only enables our students to excel academically, but we ensure activities beyond the classroom play an equally important part in their time here at Collegiate. Our beautiful 30-acre grounds and excellent facilities across all faculties allow pupils to explore a huge range of sporting, creative and extra-curricular activities, with a work hard, play hard philosophy bringing out the best in our students.

Pastoral care is core to Collegiate life and underpins all that we do. Across the whole school our supportive house system provides the structure through which we monitor and support the development, well-being and happiness of all of our young people.

With a shining sporting legacy, sport too plays a huge part in the life of our pupils. We encourage everyone to get involved because physical education is important for a healthy mind and allows each pupil to develop self-esteem and a strong team ethic. We value and nurture sporting excellence, arranging a full fixture list for pupils of all talents to represent the school.
