Cuddington is a small school with a big welcome. We are proud of our children: who they are and what they achieve. It is their learning and well-being that is at the heart of everything we do. Our dedicated and conscientious team of staff work hard to feed curiosity and inspire learning so that every child achieves and succeeds in a caring and secure environment.
Cuddington Community Primary School has a good local reputation for providing high quality education within a positive learning environment and a strong supportive family atmosphere. The school is situated in a pleasant open area of Worcester Park, close to Auriol and Shadbolt Parks. In 2012, it celebrated its 60th Anniversary. With a maximum of 224 pupils, the children benefit from being part of a close community where everyone is known and everyone has an important part to play. The school building consists of two storeys with seven classrooms, a library, ICT suite, hall, on-site kitchen and dining room and several areas for extra activities including cooking. The school has extensive grounds with a large field, a tarmac playground, trim trail and outside learning facilities for the ground floor classrooms. The school is also fortunate to have a heated swimming pool within the grounds. In 2012, 'the Jubilee Centre' was added, housing facilities for a Special Needs Provision supporting children with communication and interaction needs.
The Howard Partnership Trust (THPT) is a Multi-Academy Trust created in November 2013 and led by Howard of Effingham School, an outstanding school which is also a designated Academy Sponsor. As the first federation of schools in Surrey, originally formed in 2007 at the request of the LA and DfE, we have a long-standing tradition of highly effective partnership working.
