Lumen Learning Trust

Learning Together for a brighter future

From February 2020 we were delighted to become part of the Lumen Learning Trust joining our partner schools, Saxon Primary in Shepperton, The Echelford Primary in Ashford, Riverbridge Primary in Staines upon Thames and Walton Oak Primary in Walton upon Thames.

The starting point for Darley Dene's learning environment is the child. We believe the children's needs are at the heart of all that we do, and work hard to ensure the provision is 'crafted' around them to enable their achievement in all areas. Our teaching team benefits from the strengths and skill set from colleagues from across all Lumen schools with the addition of Leadership Consultants centrally appointed by the Trust itself. Across the Trust we have 9 Specialist Leaders of Education and our Executive Principal, Mrs. McCarthy, is an accredited National Leader of Education and a serving Ofsted inspector.
