This is an exciting new role to support the business management of the Trust. The role will be working over two of our schools, Saxon Primary School, Shepperton, TW17 OBJ and Darley Dene Primary School, Garfield Road, Addlestone, KT15 2NP.
The role will include providing high quality advice and direction on finance, ICT, premises, health and safety and personnel to the Headteacher, SLT, and Board of Directors. The SBM will work collaboratively with and benefit from the support of the Trust Finance and Operations Managers and the SBMs of other schools within the Trust.
The successful candidate must have strong financial skills, demonstrate a professional approach, be happy to work on their own as well as part of the school community and have excellent communication, ICT and organisational skills. The SBM will be part of the school’s Senior Leadership Team and will attend and contribute to these on a fortnightly basis. A flexible approach to working patterns and demands is essential as is the ability to work at a fast pace and work on a number of activities at the same time. Excellent prioritisation skills are also required.
Start Date: End August 2021
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Attendance at fortnightly SLT meetings 3.30pm-5pm is essential. Weeks worked per year will be 41, term time plus inset days with an additional two week per year to be worked as required.
Pay Scale: £31,273 - £34,519 full time equivalent, £27,498 - £30,352 actual (salary dependent on experience)
