Curriculum Leader - To support the Curriculum Manager by providing a deputising leadership role for the department (consisting of a number of curriculum areas).
Support the drive for excellence in teaching, learning and assessment across the classroom-based provision within the department and ensure that quality processes and initiatives are adhered to by all staff.
Senior Lecturer - To support the Curriculum Manager by providing leadership on teaching, learning, assessment and the development and delivery associated with a course (or number of courses) within a subject area. The Senior Lecturer provides a coordinating focus within a team of subject specialists.
Plan, deliver and develop high quality learning opportunities for students to help them achieve their learning goals, in accordance with the College’s mission, values and objectives.
Provide professional support in all aspects of curriculum development and delivery, student support, placement and assessment. This will generally include associated organisational, administrative and management responsibilities.

•Ensure students know that there are staff in the College whom they can approach if they are worried
•Include opportunities in the curriculum for students to develop the skills they need to recognise and stay safe from abuse
•All staff will be required to undertake appropriate safeguarding induction and training.
