About
Abbey Farm Educate Together now requires a highly motivated, enthusiastic, talented teacher and phase leader from 1st September 2024. The Phase Lead will have responsibility for leading across our Pre-school through to Year 2. You will work closely with the Head Teacher and staff, to ensure continued development and progress as the school grows and opens.
The school will eventually serve 420 pupils, plus pre-school and acts as a community hub for residents of the Abbey Farm development.
We have a strong, values-based approach to education, using an ethical curriculum alongside the National Curriculum and EYFS Statutory Framework.
We are looking for someone committed to delivering a varied education experience, creating a nurturing environment where all children, and their families, feel valued.
We are looking for a candidate with strong passion and experience in EYFS/KS1, with a focus on child led learning essential. The drive to embrace, adapt and be unafraid to try new things is also key.
We are part of an Academy Trust that also has schools in Keynsham, Bristol, Bath and Weston-Super-Mare.
