Abbey Farm Educate Together Primary opened in 2022 with a reception class and pre-school class. Our school now has approximately 185 children up to Year 3 and is continuing to grow. We are now looking for an apprentice admin assistant  to join our office team from September 2026.

The apprentice will assist with the efficient operation of the school administrative and office support systems under the guidance of senior staff. The role is full time (32.5 hours per week) with one day per week off the job training at New College Swindon to undertake a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification.  The apprenticeship will last for 18 months and a permanent full time position will be available following successful completion. 

The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30 term time only plus one week in the summer holidays. The salary is NJC03 which is £24,796 pro rata. the actual salary for these hours is £19,465.
