Redfield Educate Together Primary Academy is looking for a Breakfast and Afterschool Club Lead to manage the day to day running of our Wraparound Club leading high quality activities for our children.
Redfield Educate Together Primary is a two-form entry school, part of an Academy Trust that also has schools in Keynsham, Bath , Swindon and Weston-Super-Mare. The Trust was established in 2014 and places inclusion at the heart of its thinking and seeks to ensure in its mission statement, that that ‘no child is an outsider’.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Plan, create and evaluate exciting environments and play opportunities for children
- Undertake appropriate training, and support delivery of in-house training to additional staff
- Work on own initiative and show leadership and professional skills
- Carry out peer observations offering support and mentoring to the team
- Create a play environment where young people can make choices, access a range of resources and be supported by a responsive and adaptable approach to their play

The salary is ETAT Grade D which is £26,873 pro rata .The hours are Monday to Friday 7.45 to 8.45 and 15.00 to 17.30 term time only (17.5 hours per week). The actual salary for these hours is £10,871
