Educate Together Academy Trust (ETAT) is a values driven organisation with a mission to deliver high-quality, ethical, child-centred education. Our model is built on equity, inclusivity, and a commitment to enabling every child and every adult in our community to thrive.
Established in the UK in 2014, we currently operate five schools across the South West, with aspirations for further growth. Following the departure of our current CEO, we are seeking an exceptional educational leader to guide our next phase of development from September 2026.
You will:
Be an experienced and inspiring educationalist with a strong track record of improving outcomes.
Demonstrate authentic values driven leadership aligned with ETAT’s ethos.
Bring strategic and operational expertise across education, people, finance, and organisational development.
Be highly collaborative, visible, and committed to creating an empowering, inclusive culture.
Lead the Trust’s future growth, including contributing to effective processes where new schools or partnerships may join the Trust.
Strengthen partnerships across the sector and represent ETAT regionally and nationally.
Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer, Trust Board and Trust Leadership Team, you will take the strategic lead on the delivery of our vision, ensuring we remain financially sustainable, educationally excellent, and true to our core values.

Location:
The role sits within our central team, who are based in Kingswood, Bristol. Regular travel to our schools is an essential part of the role. There will be some opportunity for flexible working (in relation to location).
Salary:
The salary is in the range £110,892 to £128,447.
