Mulberry Park Educate Together Primary Academy is a single entry primary school that opened its doors to children for the first time in September 2018. We are situated on the new Mulberry Park housing development in Combe Down.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated full-time teacher to join our school community on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. The role will start in September 2026 and is expected to run until early February 2027.
This role will be for a KS2 class and is not suitable for an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
The successful candidate will be an experienced practitioner who is confident and skilled in meeting the needs of a diverse class, including children with SEND and those with EHCPs. You will work closely with the SENCO and wider staff team to ensure high-quality, inclusive provision for all pupils.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
• Proven recent experience teaching in KS2
• Confidence in adapting teaching, scaffolding learning and implementing support strategies
• Willingness to coordinate a subject area across the whole school
• Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
