You will work closely with me to deliver a long-term sustainable strategy, lead a high-performing team, and ensure that our operations, finances, and systems support the very best outcomes for children. Our central team works collaboratively with our Board of Trustees and Headteachers, creating a culture of trust, transparency and collective responsibility that strengthens leadership at every level.
