Contract: Fixed Term Contract (1st September 2026 to 31st August 2027) Term time plus all INSET days 

Hours: 32.5 hours per week

8:30 - 15:30 Mon to Fri

Salary: SP3 £24,330 FTE (£18,702 pro rata)

We have an opening for an enthusiastic and energetic Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and hardworking team?

We are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to work alongside our children in the classroom, to help them access the teaching and learning and achieve their full potential. In addition, the role will include working with small groups of children under the guidance of the class teacher and Inclusion Leader to deliver teaching interventions. This is initially a fixed term contract until 31st August 2027, but may be extended beyond this depending on funding.

We are looking for somebody who:

• Enjoys working with children

• Has lots of patience and a calm demeanour

• Is good at listening

• Is positive, smiley and a good team player

• Is supportive of colleagues

• Is positive, forward thinking and willing to “go the extra mile”

• Is able to use their initiative and think on their feet

• Has a good level of general education (including Maths & English GCSE Grade A-C (4+) or equivalent)
