An opportunity has opened up for an eager and dedicated individual to join a Three Form Entry primary school team in Swindon and make a significant contribution to our larger school community, by playing a crucial part in delivering engaging teaching to our students. This school are rated Good and on a continuous improvement journey.

About the role

In the classroom, you’ll create a friendly and inviting learning atmosphere, contribute significantly to the continual improvement of all facets of the student’s education, and use evaluation methods in accordance with the ethos and ideals of the school. You’ll assist in lesson planning that meets the requirements of all pupils in order to deliver teaching and learning at a consistently high level. There is potential for a subject lead or year group lead for the right candidate. ECTs are also welcome to apply.

  • Effective use of differentiation tools to meet the needs of all students.
  • The capacity to identify areas requiring improvement and maintain successful educational outcomes using data and assessments.
