Administrator 

Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only plus 5 inset days

Salary: BG6 £19,698 - £20,092 (Actual £17,149 - £17,492)

The Local Governing Body are looking to appoint an organised and hardworking administrator to join our school team as soon as possible. The role will provide administrative support and contribute to the smooth running of the school. The post will be based at our Lockleaze Road site.

The successful applicant will be/have:

  • Great communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and provide a welcoming reception for all visitors, email and telephone enquiries to the school.
  • Good overall IT competence and be comfortable with word-processing, spreadsheets, databases and emails;
  • The ability to work individually or as part of a team;
  • One years’ experience of working in a similar role or be able to show they have the necessary skills to meet the demands of the role;.

Fluency Duty
