About the role:

We are seeking to appoint casual lettings assistants at King Charles I School to start as soon as possible. 

The successful candidates will:

  • assist the Lettings Coordinator in the running of the leisure facilities and all lettings within the school.
  • to aid with upkeep to the premises and provide strong customer service to the end users. 
  • Ensure that school site security is maintained during the lettings and that premises are locked up and alarmed when lettings have finished. 

The post is casual and will involve working evenings and weekends.

Hours are available within these times:

Monday – Friday between 5pm – 10pm

Saturday and Sundays between 8am – 6pm

Due to the lone-working requirements of this position, candidates must be aged 18 or above.

You will have:

  • Awareness and understanding of working within a school environment.
  • Experience of dealing with the general public.
  • Experience in maintaining a safe and clean external environment e.g., gritting carparks and walkways.
