Salary: SC2 point 4 £25,185 (pro rata for hours and weeks worked). Actual annual pay for hours indicated £5,704.61

About the role:
We are seeking to appoint a Minibus Driver at Lacon Childe School as part of our school support team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Driving the school minibus on designated morning and afternoon routes.
• Ensuring the safe collection and drop-off of students.
• Carrying out basic vehicle safety and cleanliness checks.
• Following all safeguarding, behaviour and health and safety procedures.
• Representing the school with professionalism and care.
Our successful candidate will have the following experience, skillset and qualifications:
• Hold a UK driving licence.
• Have experience of driving larger vehicles (preferred but not essential).
• Be punctual, responsible and confident working around young people.
• Have a calm, supportive manner and strong awareness of pupil safety.
This role reports to the Premises Manager.
