Who we are looking for: 

We are seeking to appoint a Teacher of History as part of our school teaching team. 

The Teacher of History will be accountable for planning and teaching lessons to the classes they are assigned to teach within the context of the school’s plans, curriculum and schemes of work. The successful candidate would teach students in Key Stage 3, 4 and those taking A-Level. 

The post will be full time and will be a fixed term maternity cover, to start in January 2027 or possibly earlier. This role reports to the Curriculum Leader for History.


You will have:

  • Honours Degree
  • DfE recognised Qualified Teacher Status
