As the new Headteacher, at Foxford, I am passionate about ensuring all students have a good education. We are extremely proud of our school and the students which study here. Our students develop into confident young adults who are committed to preparing for their future career and study choices. I am committed to leading an inclusive school that focuses on the serious business of achievement for all our students. We have very high expectations from our students in terms of behaviour, hard work and demonstrating the commitment to embrace all the opportunities we will share together. Our school nurtures respect, responsibility, reflectiveness and collaboration. Above all, I am determined that our students will move forward in life as kind, resilient, confident individuals who are equipped to make a positive contribution, anywhere in the world.

Foxford offers an abundance of exciting enrichment opportunities for our students to explore in sport, enterprise, music, community engagement and cultural opportunities. We want students to look beyond their own school and engage with the community around them and all it has to offer. In partnership with parents, the community and our Trust, I know that we will deliver a memorable experience for your child, the product of which will be happy, inspiring individuals who are equipped to face their future aspirations and challenges.

Our staff are well qualified and the school and Trust supports them so that our standard of teaching and support is continually developing. We are constantly trying new strategies whether that be in the classroom or online. The ‘can do’ attitude is not just from students all staff will give new ideas a try and seek to be better at all times. Parents and carers are very important to us and we offer opportunities throughout the year for parents/carers to gain more insights into how best to help their children.
