Can you provide a positive, proactive approach to behaviour, punctuality and attendance issues to enable students to maximise their potential? Can you demonstrate success in working with young people, families and agencies to ensure that students are engaged with their learning? If so, this could be just the role for you. This role will support the Year Leader across various Key Stages.

As the 'front line' Associate year leader, this fulfilling role will provide a wealth of developmental opportunities and the chance to work with a diverse range of students and professionals. Your ability to build relationships with students and colleagues, and apply your trusted yet innovative techniques to support and challenge to bring about the best possible outcomes for students, will be key.

Students will always be at the heart of your endeavours and with a deep understanding of their needs, you could be a pivotal change agent for the young people in our school, providing them with the tools to excel in their journey through school life.

Key responsibilities in this non-teaching role will include:

• Managing and supporting the work of students to ensure they reach optimum performance including the implementation of intervention strategies

• Establishing good communication links between students and other stakeholders

• Logging, monitoring and analysing student data to bring about school improvement

• Encouraging positive attitudes and behaviour around the school and assisting in transition arrangements.

We will play to your strengths and can offer you:

• A range of benefits which include cycle to work, free parking, an employee discount scheme and a laptop/iPad.

• A strong commitment to staff wellbeing and recognition.

• Annual Support Staff Conference for all Support Staff across the Trust.

We are proud to be part of Castle Phoenix Trust. This facilitates an opportunity to play to your strengths and provide excellent collaboration between colleagues and leaders, access to effective CPD and the chance to develop professionally. The Trust is committed to invest in and develop all staff and, most importantly, bring about the best possible outcomes for our students who deserve the very best. Our Trust values are really important to all of us and include Respect to All, From All, Innovation and Collaboration.
