Faculty Lead for Business and IT

TMS/UPS plus the opportunity for a suitable candidate for a leadership allowance in the TLR2 range

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated professional to lead our Business and IT faculties. We are seeking someone with a commitment to excellence who will ideally be able to teach Business and/or IT to A Level standard.

The successful applicant will:

• Be an excellent classroom practitioner with a passion for teaching and learning;

• Be able to teach Business and/or IT to A Level standard ;

• Have a record of consistently delivering strong GCSE and A Level results across a range of ability levels;

• Have an ability to engage, enthuse and motivate students and staff;

• Deliver a curriculum that inspires and engages students and provides an aspirational and challenging learning experience;

• Be able to lead the strategic direction of the faculty;

• Be able to ensure the continued delivery of high quality learning and teaching within the faculty;

• Be able to line manage staff in the faculty;

• Possess the skills and determination to make a profound difference to the lives of our students by sharing our belief in the highest standards of academic achievement in an inclusive setting

You will be able to demonstrate commitment and understanding in order that every student gets the personal support and challenge they need to progress and reach their full potential.
