Grade 3: £23,114 to £24,294 a full time equivalent (£15,089- £15,930 pro rata to hours and weeks worked)
30.5 hours per week, school term time plus 5 teacher training days (39 weeks per year). Hours of work are 8:30am-3:30pm Monday to Friday.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our team at Foxford School as a Teaching Assistant, (Student Support Facilitator). In this role you will be providing academic and pastoral support to specific students or groups of students within the school, some of whom will have Special Educational Needs. You will provide a specialism in behaviour support to enable our students to achieve their best, as well as covering for lessons when teachers are absent.
You should already have experience of working with children and have an understanding of how to motivate students to learn. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build positive relationships with students, parents and staff.
