Freemantles School is a centre of excellence for autistic students with Complex Social Communication Needs across the 4-19 age range. We also run an Outreach and Training department with an excellent reputation. Freemantles was judged to be Outstanding by Ofsted at its last inspection.

Freemantles continues to expand over the next few years. We are seeking an additional Family Support Worker to join us at this exciting time for the school community.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and passionate practitioner to share their skill set and help us enhance the support opportunities that we can offer our families.

We have a strong and supportive Senior Leadership Team and the opportunity for coaching and supervision as required.

We offer a dedicated, friendly, highly trained staff team; a comprehensive induction; extensive training packages and opportunities to further develop safeguarding and autism knowledge alongside the role.

This position is for a permanent contract, 36 hours per week, term time only. It is graded at Surrey PS7 £27,970 pro rata (£32,512 to £34,654 full time equivalent). To start 1st September 2024.

Closing date: Monday 17th June 2024 at 9am.

Interviews: Monday 24th June 2024 in the afternoon.
