We seek a Cleaner to join us at Gaddesby Primary School, working 12.5 hours a week across 39 weeks of the year. The individual will be required to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 6.30am-9.00am. Although there may be a degree of flexibility in the agreed working pattern for the right candidate.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and hardworking professional to join our team at Gaddesby to support the school in ensuring that it creates a learning environment that is conducive to learning.
A clean workspace is essential and our school would not function without the vital role of our cleaning team.
The successful candidate will be required to perform a variety of regular and one-off cleaning tasks and duties, as directed by the Head Teacher, to ensure that a high level of cleanliness is maintained throughout the School on a daily basis. Previous experience of cleaning in a school, office or other commercial building is preferred but not essential, we seek candidates who have the right attitude and work ethic to join our team; the rest can be taught.
The salary is reflected of the duties that the successful candidate will be required to complete. As a cleaner with key holder responsibilities, you will be responsible for the security and access of the school site including, locking/unlocking buildings and areas.
