Working Hours: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8:40 am to 3:30 pm (19 hours per week), term time, 185 days (37 weeks) per year
Actual Annual Salary: £10,478.20 - £10,789.14 (SWAN Grade S3 – S4) depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and flexible Forest School Support Staff member (Level 3+ trained) to lead engaging sessions across the primary age range. The ideal candidate will be proactive, team-oriented, have a good sense of humour and committed to driving our Forest School development.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Forest School training at Level 3 or above
- Experience working with children across the Primary age range
- Positive, resourceful, and understanding approach
- Ability to lead class and small group sessions, including children with specific needs
- Experience delivering targeted support (1:1 or small groups) for children with specific needs
- Collaborative team player with a passion for outdoor learning
- Willingness to further develop our established Forest School programme
- Strong literacy and numeracy (GCSE Grade 4 (previously Grade C) or above)
The position is for an experienced Forest School Support staff.
