We are looking to appoint two qualified and experienced Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly and caring team at Golden Owls Day Nursery.

Vacancy: Nursery Practitioner (full and relevant Level 3 qualified)

Contract: Permanent

Grade: SWAN Grade PS5 (full-time equivalent £26,101 to £28,096)

We have two Nursery Practitioner vacancies. Please indicate on your application form which hours/working pattern you are applying for:

Vacancy 1

Hours: 28.75 hours a week over 52 working weeks

Working pattern: Monday to Friday 7:15am until 1:15pm

Actual Pro-rata Salary: £20,844 to £22,437 per annum (depending on experience)

Vacancy 2

Hours: 36.5 hours a week over 52 working weeks

Working pattern: Tuesday 12:00 noon until 6:45pm, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:15am until 6:45pm

Actual Pro-rata Salary:  £26,463 to £28,486 per annum (depending on experience)

Golden Owls Day Nursery is situated within the grounds of Goldsworth Primary School. We are a well-established, oversubscribed nursery providing full day care 50 weeks of the year. We are open Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6:30pm and are registered to look after 28 children aged between 2-4 years old.

We are looking to appoint a Nursery Practitioner to join our experienced friendly team. You will work as a member of the nursery team to ensure that all children who attend our nursery receive high quality care, are kept safe and receive rich and stimulating play experiences which meet their individual needs.   • A minimum Level 3 full and relevant childcare qualification

  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
