Required for an immediate start

The school wishes to employ a Learning Coach to support pupils in our alternative curriculum provision within the school site.

The ideal candidate will be professional, enthusiastic and have the ability to motivate so that ALL pupils have the opportunity to achieve and progress.

You will work as part of a team to deliver a programme of support strategies, interventions and personal support for individualized learning for pupils aged 11 – 16 years, appropriate to their needs. The role will involve working with pupils, on a one to one basis or in small groups, who are at risk of failing to reach their full potential.

If you think you would be a good fit at Gowerton School, we would welcome your application and ask you to note the following dates:

Closing date - 12 Midday, Friday 19th September 2025

Interviews - w/b 22nd September 2025
