Thank you for your interest in the role of Finance Officer (Plymouth) for Greenshaw Learning Trust (GLT). The Finance Officer will be working with the Finance Manager to ensure the effective operation of the finance function within the Shared Services Team and our schools, ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations and the Trust’s financial policies and procedures.
GLT is a successful multi academy trust and currently comprises twenty-one schools: six in South London, three in Berkshire, one in Surrey, eight in Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire, and three in Plymouth. We are continuing to grow and have further schools joining us soon including a new special school in Sutton and a secondary school in Plymouth.
Salary: Salary calculated in line with NJC pay scale, National, Points 12-22 ( £22,571 – £26,446 per annum)
(Salary will be determined subject to experience and qualifications)
Hours of Work: 36 hours per week, all year round
Place of Work: The successful post holder will be based at our Shared Services Office in Plymouth with the additional flexibility to work from home or with the ability to travel to other GLT Locations on occasions. In this role part time working hours or job sharing arrangements will also be considered.
